Seine river cruise & mealbox

In 1960, Jean Bruel had meals delivered to boats from the bridges of Paris... Orders were taken just after the sailors had departed and passed on to the captain who communicated them to the shore kitchens via walkie-talkies. Baskets of meals were then delivered to the bridges along the routes and lowered onto the boats using long ropes. As a tribute to this era, the Compagnie des Bateaux Mouches© is once again offering a snack service on board! Discover our selection of meals to take away and enjoy while cruising on the water.
